New IPPR research - read here http://bit.ly/IPPR10017 - shows that 88 per cent of young people aged 18-30 say they want to own their own home in the next 10 years - but the number who think they'll achieve that aspiration is falling because of a lack of affordable homes. Renting is one alternative but IPPR research shows that young people often find feel insecure in rented accomodation because of short tenancies.
