Physical signs to look out for
Changes in physical appearance can sometimes be the first signs that something is wrong. Someone might lose or gain weight suddenly without a clear reason. They might complain about feeling cold even when it is warm or have dry skin, brittle nails, and thinning hair. Constant tiredness, dizziness, or frequent stomach problems like pain or bloating can also be warning signs.
